Perfect until....

It worked like a charm. I absolutely loved it. But after a year or so the touch screen dont worked properly. I read some forums and turned out that lots of the owners had the same problem. If you find a technician that able to replace the screen, than you face another issue that this part was sold out. And even if you find one and replace it what is the guarantee that it would be good for years? And now im asking the the company: what is the solution?

Great Smart watch with one annoying failure

Had the watch for nearly a year now. have had to return once when the crown button stopped working, Amazfit replaced the watch within 10 working days. The only negative I have is the heart rate monitor is very erratic when cycling. I've compared it to a Polar chest strap and another Garmin fitness watch, sometimes its spot on and other times it shows very low heart rate (84) when the polar is reading much higher (125) and you know full well its high. It only seems to happen when road cycling, stationary cycling is fine. I can only put it down to vibration, though the Garmin is not affected. I've tried all tricks, shaving my wrist, tightening the strap as much as possible. This is the only reason I've given 4 starts, as the issue occurred on both the original and replacement, every other function works fine. As a smartwatch it's great and the Amoled screen is amazing. Battery life is excellent, I get 7 days with 8-10 hours of GPS use, and up to 12 days in normal use.

Had this watch since they were first released here & can’t fault the battery life compared to other smart watches.

Quality fitness watch

Great overall experience with accurate tracking and GPS tracking information. Looks very nice, replaces the supplied strap but overall very happy. Will definitely buy another Amazfit product in the future.
