COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TRAIN WITH AMAZFIT
General provisions
The organizer of the competition is Zepp Health Poland Sp. z o.o. based in Poland, at Domaniewska 44 street / 613, 102-672 Warsaw. The founder of the prize is the Organizer. The competition is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook.com is not responsible for any activities related to the organization of the competition on the website.
The competition starts on May 31, 2024 at 12:00 (GMT) and lasts until June 16, 2024 at 23:59:59 (GMT) and takes place in the territory of the European Union.
Conditions of participation
Only adults can participate in the competition. The condition for participation in the competition is to have a verified Facebook account.

Competition task
The competition task:
- Record a video (up to 60 seconds) in which the competition participant presents himself/herself performing his/her favorite training or sports activity, e.g.: running, cycling, strength training.
- In the video, the competition participant has to present an Amazfit smartwatch.
- The video has to be published in Amazfit Official European Sports and Outdoor Community by June 16, 2024 as a post with a copy “This is how I train with Amazfit”. The copy can be different, but it has to inform in the participant submits the video to the "TRAIN WITH AMAZFIT" competition. The copy may also include a short explanation of why the competition participant loves the training or sports activity presented in the video.
The film submitted to the competition has to be:
- The competition participant's own work (the competition participant may use the help of a third party when recording the video).
- Never published anywhere before the competition start date.
- Not subject to another competition.
- Free from legal defects or third party’s claims.
In the event of infringement of the copyrights of third parties, all liability, including financial or criminal, shall be borne solely by the competition participant who submitted the film.
By submitting/publishing the film in the community, the competition participant agrees to the commercial use of the film by the Organizer on various platforms, e.g. on the amazfit.com website, on its social media channels, conferences).
A competition participant may submit only one competition task (a post with a video). If more are submitted, the Organizer will evaluate the task submitted first.
In the competition, 13 participants (the “Winners”) will be selected and awarded who, in the opinion of the Organizer, submitted the most interesting videos.
The winners of the competition will be notified about the win and the conditions for receiving the Prize via a private message sent on Facebook.
The Organizer pays attention to respecting the work of others and maintaining civility in statements.
Competition tasks containing profanity and obscene words or scenes will be removed and will not take part in the competition.
Prize in the competition
The prizes in the competition are Amazfit Cheetah Pro Kelvin Kiptum Edition and Team Amazfit t-shirts:
- The first three Winners of the competition will each receive a set containing Amazfit Cheetah Pro Kelvin Kiptum Edition and Team Amazfit t-shirts worth €299.90.
- The next 10 Winners will each receive a Team Amazfit t-shirt.
The competition winners will also receive a cash prize amounting to 10% of the prize in kind. At the same time, the winners of the competition agree to transfer the amount referred to in the previous sentence as due income tax to be paid by the Organizer to the competent tax authority.
All prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged into cash and other forms of credit unless otherwise provided. Prizes are provided "as is" without further representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. No other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Company in its sole discretion.
The organizer will send the prize to the address within the territory of European Union provided by the competition winner in a private message on Facebook. If Winner requests the Organizer to send the prize to a country or region outside of European Union, Winner will need to cover the shipping costs. The prize will be sent only once within 30 days of announcing the competition results. The organizer has the right to publish the winner's name and surname or nickname used in the Amazfit European Sports and Outdoor Community on the Facebook site.
The organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize due to reasons attributable to the competition participant. In such a case, the prize is forfeited.
The organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the participant, in particular for changing personal data that makes it impossible to find the participant and inform about the award of the prize.
If any actions inconsistent with this Terms and Conditions are detected, or attempts to influence the selection of the winner in an unauthorized manner, especially by creating fictitious Facebook profiles, a given participant may be excluded from the Competition.
The winner of the competition can only receive one prize. This prize cannot be exchanged for another item or given in cash.
Complaints
The complaint should include the name and surname of the participant and a justification for the complaint. Please add a description of the competition in the subject of your message.
