THE RACE I WAS MOST PROUD OF IN 2024

General provisions


The organizer of the competition is Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. based in the Netherlands, registered under number 09818825, at Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht. The founder of the prize is the Organizer. The competition is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook.com is not responsible for any activities related to the organization of the competition on the website.


The competition starts on December 27, 2024 and lasts until January 10, 2025 at 23:59:59 (CET).


Conditions of participation


Only adults can participate in the competition. The condition for participation in the competition is to have verified Facebook and Strava accounts.


The competition takes place in “Team Amazfit | Europe” on Strava:

The competition results will be announced by the end of January 31, 2025 in Amazfit Official European Outdoor & Indoor Community on the Facebook site at:

Competition task


The competition task is to:

  • Indicate your 2024 running race that you are most proud of and explain why.

  • The post, in which you indicate and explain such running race must also:

- be published on the Team Amazfit | Europe page available on the Strava platform: https://www.strava.com/clubs/1224956 (desktop version) or https://strava.app.link/xmhTLZmQtPb (mobile version)
- indicate the distance, location and date of the race
- the name of the Amazfit smartwatch you ran this race with
- and at least two screenshots of this race documented on your Strava profile, showing:

  • your name, surname or nickname, the route, average pace and moving time of this race
  • pace for each kilometer

  • Optionally, your contest post can include photos of you from this race

Additional rules


The contest post submitted to the competition must be:

  • The competition participant's own work.
  • Never published anywhere before the competition start date.
  • Not subject to another competition.
  • Free from legal defects or third party’s claims.

In the event of infringement of the copyrights of third parties, all liability, including financial or criminal, shall be borne solely by the competition participant who submitted the contest post.


By submitting and publishing the contest post, the competition participant agrees to the non-commercial use of the contest post by the Organizer on various platforms, e.g. on the amazfit.com website, on its social media channels, conferences.


The competition participant may submit only one contest post. If more are submitted, the Organizer will evaluate the contest post submitted first.


In the contest, 3 participants will be selected and awarded who, in the opinion of the Organizer, submitted the most interesting contest post.


The winners of the competition will be notified about the win and the conditions for receiving the prize via a private message sent on Facebook.


The Organizer pays attention to respecting the work of others and maintaining civility in statements.


Contest posts containing profanity and obscene words or scenes will be removed and will not take part in the competition.


Prize in the competition


The Organizer will reward 3 contest participants. The prizes are three sports smartwatches: Amazfit Balance, Amazfit Cheetah Pro and Amazfit T-Rex 3.

  • The participant who takes 1st place will be able to choose one of three smartwatches: Amazfit Balance, Amazfit Cheetah Pro and Amazfit T-Rex 3.
  • The participant who takes 2nd place will be able to choose one of two remaining Amazfit smartwatches.
  • The participant who takes 3rd place will receive the last remaining Amazfit smartwatch

The competition winners may also receive a cash prize amounting to 11.11% of the prize in kind. At the same time, the winners of the competition agree to transfer the amount referred to in the previous sentence as due income tax to be paid by the Organizer to the competent tax authority.

The prize will be sent within 60 days of announcing the competition results.

The Organizer has the right to present the winners’ names and surnames or nicknames used on Facebook and / or Strava. Also, the winners can be asked by the Organizer to provide data required to send the smartwatches. For this purpose, the Organizer will contact each of the three prize winners separately via FB Messenger.

The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize due to reasons attributable to the competition participant. In such a case, the prize is forfeited.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the participant, in particular for changing personal data that makes it impossible to provide the prize.

If any actions inconsistent with the Regulations are detected, or attempts to influence the selection of the winner in an unauthorized manner, especially by creating fictitious Facebook profiles, a given participant may be excluded from the Competition.

Each winner of the competition can only receive one prize. This prize cannot be exchanged for another item or given in cash.

Complaints

All complaints and comments regarding the rules, conduct or outcome of the competition should be submitted to the following address: Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. based in the Netherlands, registered under number 09818825, at Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.

The complaint should include the name and surname of the participant and a justification for the complaint. Please add a description of the competition in the subject of your message.

Complaints are considered within 30 days from the date of their receipt.

Information obligation

We would like to inform you that the administrator of the personal data of the Competition participants is Zepp Netherland Trading B.V. based in the Netherlands, registered under number 09818825, at ul. Joop Geesinkweg 901, 1114AB Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.

In matters relating to the processing of personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at the following e-mail address: dominik.walknowski@zepp.com.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose and scope necessary to conduct the Competition, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1. letter b Regulation (EU) 2016/679 EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: "GDPR"). The data was collected by a Facebook fanpage (fanpage name).

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the Competition, including issuing the Prize and announcing information about the winner.

Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.

Disputes relating to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the seat of the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the competition during its duration. Information about changes will be posted in Amazfit Official European Outdoor & Indoor Community on the Facebook site at:
