The September software update for Helio Strap focuses on optimizing and upgrading core features, including adding a heart rate recovery function, optimizing the sensitivity of Wake BioCharge scores to HRV, optimizing sleep scores, and introducing a new feature to control device reboot via the Zepp App.
Heart Rate Recovery
The newly added Heart Rate Recovery feature continuously tracks heart rate changes for three minutes after your workout ends so that you can understand how long it takes your heart rate to return to normal after exercise.
Optimized Wake BioCharge Score
BioCharge has been optimized to ensure the accuracy of your score in scenarios where HRV is low, like if you wake up feeling ill.
Improved Sleep Score
The Sleep score feature has been made smarter by incorporating additional dimensions such as REM and HRV, making the assessment of sleep scores more data-driven and accurate.
Device Reboot Feature
If the device acts up, you can try rebooting it by going to “Device” → “General” in the Zepp App.
